Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is inside this 3 color set?

Three cartridges, one for each color slot in a Dell Color Laser H625cdw or H825cdw: a cyan 593-BBOX, a magenta 593-BBOY and a yellow 593-BBOZ. That is the complete color side of the machine in one box. There is deliberately no black cartridge in this set — the black slot is a separate cartridge with its own listing, so check its level before you order and add it if it is also running low.

How long does each cartridge in the set last?

Each of the three — the 593-BBOX cyan, the 593-BBOY magenta and the 593-BBOZ yellow — is rated at 2,500 pages. They will not empty on the same day, though. A document-heavy office burns through cyan and magenta on charts and logos while yellow mostly works in photographs and warm tones, so expect one color to call for a refill well before the other two.

What does the set save versus buying the three colors one by one?

Each color single on this site costs $31.12, so the round bought separately runs $93.36. This set is $56.37 — $36.99 less, which works out to about $18.79 per cartridge instead of $31.12. Same cartridges, same 2,500-page ratings; the saving comes from ordering the full color round in a single shipment.

Do all three cartridges have to go in at the same time?

No. Replace only the slot the printer flags and keep the other two sealed on the shelf. The set does not expire as a group, and each cartridge stands on its own. Many offices install whichever color actually ran out and hold the remaining pair until their low warnings show up weeks or months later.

Are these original Dell cartridges?

No — they are compatible cartridges built to the 593-BBOX, 593-BBOY and 593-BBOZ specifications and sold under our own name, which is how the set reaches $56.37 instead of Dell pricing. Every cartridge carries a one-year warranty and one-year free returns; the full terms are on our shipping & returns page.

How fast will the set reach us, and who do we call with a question?

Orders ship from whichever of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — is closest to you. If anything about the set is unclear before or after it arrives, our support team answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central; the wider Dell range lives on the Dell brand page.

About This H625-H825 3 Color Set

This set is the straightforward color refresh for a Dell Color Laser H625cdw or H825cdw: the cyan 593-BBOX, magenta 593-BBOY and yellow 593-BBOZ at 2,500 pages each, for $56.37 against $93.36 bought as three singles. It suits an office whose color output has started to drift and wants all three slots renewed in one order. If only one color has run dry, the matching single is the cheaper honest answer — and remember the black cartridge is not in this box, so order it separately if its level is low too.
