Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is inside this 4-pack?

One cartridge for each of the four positions in your printer: the 593-BBOW black, the 593-BBOX cyan, the 593-BBOY magenta and the 593-BBOZ yellow. It is a complete four-color round for Dell Color Laser H625cdw and H825cdw machines — nothing is doubled up, and no position is left out.

How far does each cartridge in the set go?

The two yield classes differ, so they are worth stating separately rather than as one blended number. The black 593-BBOW is rated at 3,000 pages, while each of the three color cartridges — 593-BBOX, 593-BBOY and 593-BBOZ — is rated at 2,500 pages. In practice the colors rarely empty on the same day, because most offices burn through one color faster than the others.

What does the set save against buying the four cartridges one at a time?

Bought individually on this same code line, the four cartridges total $127.07 — the black at $33.71 and each color at $31.12. The set is $71.60, so the bundle saves $55.47 against piecing the same four cartridges together one order at a time, and it arrives in a single shipment.

Do all four cartridges have to go in at the same time?

No. Each cartridge is individually sealed and installs on its own schedule. Most people fit the color that has actually run out and keep the rest boxed until their turn comes — the set is a buying bundle, not a kit that has to be installed as a unit.

How should the unopened cartridges be stored?

Keep them in their sealed packaging, flat, in a cool dry cupboard away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Stored that way, the spares from this set wait patiently while the installed cartridges do the work — there is no benefit to opening a cartridge before the day it goes into the machine.

What backs this set if a cartridge disappoints?

These are compatible cartridges, and every one of them is covered by a one-year warranty and one-year free returns — the full policy is on our shipping & returns page. Orders ship from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. More Dell supplies are on the Dell brand page.

About This Dell H625-H825 4 Color Set

This set gathers the complete Dell 593-BBOW code line into one box: the 593-BBOW black rated at 3,000 pages plus the 593-BBOX cyan, 593-BBOY magenta and 593-BBOZ yellow at 2,500 pages each, for Color Laser H625cdw and H825cdw printers. At $71.60 it undercuts the $127.07 cost of the same four cartridges bought singly by $55.47, and each cartridge installs independently as its predecessor runs out.
