Frequently Asked Questions

At $90.57, what does one page from this cartridge actually cost?

Honestly: about 1.51 cents per page. The 330-2666 is rated at 6,000 pages, and $90.57 divided by 6,000 pages works out to roughly a cent and a half per printed page. That is not the cheapest per-page figure in the Dell lineup, and we will not pretend otherwise — this is a workgroup cartridge for the Dell Laser 2330 family, and its price reflects that class. What you get for it is a long 6,000-page run between changes and a cost that stays predictable: no starter-cartridge surprises halfway through the month.

Which printers does the 330-2666 fit?

This cartridge is made for the Dell Laser 2330, Laser 2330D, Laser 2330DN, Laser 2350D and Laser 2350DN. If your office runs a mix of those models, the same 330-2666 cartridge serves all of them, which keeps ordering simple.

Is this a genuine Dell cartridge?

No — this is a compatible cartridge built to the 330-2666 specification, not a Dell-branded OEM unit. It is manufactured to match the original's page yield and print quality, and it installs in your 2330 exactly the way the original does.

How long will 6,000 pages last in a typical office?

It depends on your volume. A small team printing around 500 pages a month can stretch one cartridge close to a year. A busy department pushing 2,000 pages a month will go through it in about three months. Dense pages with heavy coverage will land below the 6,000-page rating; light text documents can land above it.

What protection do I get if the cartridge has a problem?

Every 330-2666 we sell is covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. If a cartridge fails or prints poorly within that year, contact us and we will make it right. Full terms are on our shipping and returns page.

Where does my order ship from, and when can I reach support?

We ship from four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California — so your cartridge leaves from the location closest to you. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, if you need help choosing or tracking an order. You can browse the full range on our Dell toner page.

About This Cartridge

The 330-2666 is the high-capacity black cartridge behind Dell's Laser 2330 and 2350 workgroup printers. For offices that print steadily and would rather change cartridges a few times a year than every few weeks, it is the straightforward, no-drama choice.
