Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually needs ten cartridges — 35,000 pages — in a single order?

A central store feeding several printers, or one genuinely high-volume machine — and honestly, not many other buyers. Ten 330-4130 cartridges total up to 35,000 rated pages; a site printing 5,000 pages a month gets about seven months from this pack, which is a sensible stores cycle. A single lightly used 2230, by contrast, would take years to finish it, and for that desk a smaller pack is simply the better purchase. Scale is the virtue here, not a bargain to grab regardless.

What does the 10-pack do to the per-cartridge and per-page cost?

It takes them to the lowest in this cartridge's range: $62.15 per cartridge against $78.79 bought singly, and about 1.78 cents per rated page against 2.25 cents. The discount is earned purely by volume — the cartridges themselves are the same compatible 330-4130 as in every other listing.

How much is saved against buying ten singles?

$166.39. Ten singles would total $787.90; the pack is $621.51. At fleet scale that saving repeats with every reorder cycle, which is why central purchasing tends to standardise on this format once a cartridge is in use across several machines.

How do we store ten cartridges without them deteriorating?

Sealed in their packaging, flat, dry, at room temperature and away from sunlight — and issued strictly in arrival order, so the oldest stock always goes into a printer first. Kept that way, the tenth cartridge prints as well as the first; the enemies are heat, damp and light, not time spent in a proper store.

Are all ten covered the same way?

Yes. Each cartridge individually carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, so a faulty unit anywhere in the pack is returnable on its own under the terms on our shipping & returns page — buying at scale does not dilute the cover on any single unit.

Are these genuine Dell cartridges, and where do they ship from?

They are compatible cartridges carrying the 330-4130 designation, made by a third-party manufacturer to the same specification for the Dell 2230, 2230D and 2230DN. Orders ship from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA, and support is on hand Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
