Frequently Asked Questions

Who keeps six color cartridges in stock at once?

Any office where color output is billable or client-facing — marketing desks, realtors, training providers, busy front offices. Running dry mid-job costs more than shelf space does. This six-cartridge color stock costs $95.43, which works out to $15.91 per cartridge, the lowest per-unit color price in the TN436 family.

How much color capacity does the set hold?

Every TN436 color cartridge is rated at 6,500 pages, so six cartridges represent up to 39,000 pages of color capacity at the standard 5% coverage measure. Color-dense work — photos, full-page graphics — will draw that down faster than charts and letterheads do.

Which printers can draw from this stock?

The cartridges fit the HL-L8360CDW, HL-L8360CDWT, HL-L9310CDW, MFC-L8900CDW and MFC-L9570CDW. If your office runs more than one machine from that list, the same shelf stock feeds all of them, since every color swaps independently into the same slots.

How does stocking up compare with ordering colors as they empty?

Buying one at a time costs $33.88 per color cartridge; this set brings that to $15.91. Beyond the saving, a stocked shelf removes the two failure modes of just-in-time ordering — the wrong-color rush order and the printer sitting idle over a weekend waiting on delivery.

Will cartridges bought now still be good when the last one is opened?

Yes, stored properly. Keep the boxes sealed, flat, and away from heat and sunlight, and toner stays stable for a long shelf life — unlike ink, there is nothing in a toner cartridge to dry out or clog while it waits.

What support stands behind a stock-up purchase?

Every cartridge is covered by our 1-year warranty, and returns are free within the first year under the policy on our shipping and returns page. We ship from IL, PA, GA, and CA warehouses, and support runs Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
