Frequently Asked Questions

How does the 3-pack's running cost compare with the smaller options?

Three cartridges for $42.39 is $14.13 per cartridge. At 1,600 pages each, that is about 0.88 cents per page — down from 1.65 cents buying the single Canon CRG-125 at $26.46, and from about 1.08 cents in the 2-pack. Bought as singles, the same three cartridges would cost $79.38, so the 3-pack saves $36.99 for identical CRG-125 (3484B001AA) cartridges.

How long a supply is three cartridges, honestly?

Up to 4,800 pages in total. An office printing 400 pages a month is holding about a year's supply; at 800 pages a month, roughly six months. That is the size where toner quietly stops being an interruption — replacements happen from the cupboard, on your schedule, rather than as urgent orders when a deadline is already on the printer.

Is there any reason not to buy three at once?

Only two, and they are practical rather than technical. The cartridges fit one cartridge family, so a printer change to a different model could strand the remaining stock. And while $42.39 is not a large sum, it is still cash held as inventory until used. If your imageCLASS printer is staying and the volume is steady, the $36.99 saving comfortably outweighs both points.

How do I store the two waiting cartridges correctly?

Sealed, flat, cool and dry — a supply cupboard away from sunlight and radiators is all it takes. Use them in arrival order. When the installed cartridge fades, rock it gently side to side first to redistribute settled toner; only open the next sealed cartridge when output stays pale across the whole page after that.

What if the cartridge I open in month four is faulty?

It is still covered. Each cartridge carries its own 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, claimed per unit: a cartridge that leaks, fails early, or prints badly is replaced or refunded without the rest of the pack being involved. The full terms are on our shipping and returns page.

How fast does the pack reach me?

We ship from four US warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California — so delivery is a domestic journey from the location that best serves you. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST for fit questions about the CRG-125 (3484B001AA) or anything else before you order.
