Frequently Asked Questions

What comes in this TN420/TN450 6-pack set?

Six high-yield cartridges for the TN420/TN450 platform, each rated at 2,600 pages — up to 15,600 pages in total — for $70.31.

Which printers does the set support?

The set supports DCP-7060D, DCP-7065DN, HL-2130, HL-2132, HL-2220, HL-2230, HL-2240, HL-2240D, HL-2242D, HL-2250DN, HL-2270DW, HL-2275DW, HL-2280DW, Intellifax 2840, Intellifax 2940, MFC-7240, MFC-7360N, MFC-7365DN and MFC-7460DN. One cartridge design covers the whole family, so a mixed fleet of these models all draw from the same box.

What does the maths look like?

$11.72 per cartridge and about 0.45¢ per page. Six singles at $27.13 would total $162.78, so the set saves $92.47 — the cartridges effectively cost less than half the single price.

Who buys toner six at a time?

Offices with several printers on this platform, and single high-volume sites that keep toner in the supply cabinet like paper. Six cartridges in stock means a low-toner light never becomes downtime.

How long do the cartridges keep in storage?

Sealed toner cartridges keep for years under normal conditions — flat, room temperature, away from light. Fit them in any order; each delivers its rated 2,600 pages when its turn comes.

What warranty covers the set?

Our 1-year warranty and free returns for a full year apply to every cartridge in the box, spares included. The shipping & returns page sets out the process.

These are great toner cartridges. Quite often I use a low quality to print non-essential documents and it prints like it is still high quality print!
