Frequently Asked Questions

How do we verify the cartridge numbers from the 6015B's supplies menu?

Print or view the supplies information from the machine's menu and compare the four numbers it reports with this family's: 106R01630 in black, 106R01627 in cyan, 106R01628 in magenta, 106R01629 in yellow. The WorkCentre 6015B reports its cartridges by number, so the check is exact — if the numbers match, this set is confirmed for your machine.

What should we do with the empty cartridges we pull out?

Box them up rather than binning them where local recycling or a supplies-recycling scheme accepts toner cartridges, and let the labels on the empties double as your reorder reference — the numbers printed there are precisely the ones to match next time. Keeping the empties together in the set's box also keeps toner residue contained and the supply cabinet tidy.

What is the full contents-and-price picture?

Four sealed cartridges — one black, one cyan, one magenta, one yellow — for $68.36. There is nothing else to add for a toner change on this multifunction: no separate unit, no tool kit, just the four cartridges going into their four color-marked slots.

How far do the ratings stretch in a small office?

Black carries a 2,000-page rating and each color 1,000 pages, both at standard coverage. For a 6015B printing and copying everyday paperwork, that reads as months per cartridge, black finishing first — the ordinary pattern for this platform. Coverage is the swing factor: pages dense with color spend the color cartridges faster than text ever will.

Does this set fit the other compact models in the range?

Yes — one set serves the whole family: the Phaser 6000, Phaser 6010 and Phaser 6010N, and the WorkCentre 6015 with its WorkCentre 6015V/B and WorkCentre 6015V/N variants. A spare bought for any one of these Xerox machines fits the rest.

What warranty and returns stand behind it?

The cartridges carry a 1-year warranty and returns are free for a year, with the details on the shipping and returns page. We dispatch from the nearest of the Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California warehouses, and support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This WorkCentre 6015B Toner Set

The WorkCentre 6015B is a small multifunction with a tidy way of doing things — it reports its own supplies by number, and this set answers in the same language: 106R01630 black rated at 2,000 pages, 106R01627 cyan, 106R01628 magenta and 106R01629 yellow at 1,000 pages each. At $68.36 it is a straightforward restock for an office that prints and copies in everyday volumes, with the empties' labels serving as the standing reorder list.
