Frequently Asked Questions
Can one purchase really cover our WorkCentre 5225 for a year?
For many departments, yes. This pack holds five 106R01306 cartridges, up to 30,000 pages each — 150,000 pages in total. A 5225 averaging around 12,500 pages a month lands almost exactly on a year; quieter offices stretch the same box considerably further.
What does the pack do to our toner budget?
It cuts it in two ways. The box is $402.17 against $476.10 for five singles, saving $73.93 outright, and the per-cartridge cost falls to $80.43. In per-page terms your toner runs at roughly 0.27 cents instead of 0.32 — a difference a finance team can actually see across 150,000 pages.
Do I need to plan storage for a box this size?
Nothing elaborate: a shelf in a cool, dry storeroom, cartridges kept sealed and out of direct sun. Toner does not dry out like ink, so a year-long supply is a practical proposition on this platform. Using the cartridges oldest-first keeps everything tidy.
Our 5225 sits alongside a 5230 — can one box feed both?
When the last cartridge from this box is loaded. That final cartridge alone buys you months of printing, which turns reordering into a calm, planned purchase rather than an urgent one.
What warranty and returns cover the pack?
One year of warranty and one year of free returns on every cartridge, as laid out on our shipping and returns page. We ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA; you can reach support Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST; and everything else for these machines is on our Xerox toner cartridges page.
About This 5 Pack for the WorkCentre 5225

This is the first time for me to use a generic cartridge. In a nutshell I give 10 points out of 10. I see almost no difference between the Xerox original cartridge and this one. The delivery was fast enough without any extra payment. I already recommended

This is just what you need for casual printing. The toner seems to last forever and the quality really is fine (very minor flaws that you wouldn't notice unless you scrutinized). I have bought "cheap" toner cartridges and toners before and they sucked. Th
