Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Premium version of this set contain upgraded cartridges?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. This Premium listing ships the same four cartridges as the standard listing — black 106R02244, cyan 106R02241, magenta 106R02242, yellow 106R02243 — at the same $117.81, under the same 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. The cartridges, the price and the terms are identical; only the listing name differs.
Menus and signage print in bursts at our front office. How do the ratings hold up?
Black is rated at 3,000 pages, and cyan, magenta and yellow are each rated at 2,000 pages at standard coverage. A redesigned menu or a run of full-color lobby signs covers far more of each sheet than a letter does, so during a busy season the colors will cycle faster than the ratings imply. Text-only confirmations and folios, meanwhile, draw almost entirely on the black.
How do we check the set against our printer before ordering?
Open the supplies screen on the Phaser 6600YDN and line its four numbers up with the set: 106R02244, 106R02241, 106R02242, 106R02243. All four matching is the green light. It is a one-minute check that front-office staff can do without calling anyone.
A color quit on a Saturday morning. Can our weekend staff handle the change?
Yes. Each cartridge is a separate sealed unit in its own slot; the empty one slides out, the fresh one slides in, and the printer returns to work. No tools, no service call, and no need to touch the colors that are still printing.
What arrives in the box — and what does not?
Four toner cartridges, one per color channel. That completes the toner refill, but it is not a bundle: drums and other machine supplies carry their own part numbers and are ordered separately when the printer asks for them.
How fast is delivery, and who helps if something goes wrong?
Your order ships from whichever of our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses is nearest, with delivery windows and the returns process explained on our shipping and returns page. Support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the full Xerox lineup is on the brand page.
About This Phaser 6600YDN Premium Four-Color Toner Set
A hotel front office prints around the clock — folios and confirmations in black, then menus, event cards and signage where the color has to look welcoming. The Phaser 6600ydn carries that mix, and this Premium set keeps its four channels stocked with the standard cartridges: black at 3,000 pages, each color at 2,000, for the same $117.81 as the standard listing. Premium here is a name, not a different product — what matters is that a complete, verified set is on the shelf before the weekend rush discovers an empty magenta.
