Frequently Asked Questions

Which four cartridges should the box contain when it lands?

One black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow, each sealed on its own. The black is part number 106R01163, cyan is 106R01160, magenta is 106R01161 and yellow is 106R01162. A quick check of the labels against that list takes ten seconds and confirms you received the complete 7760DN set before anything goes near the machine.

Our brochures are photograph-heavy. Will the color ratings hold up?

Each color is rated at 25,000 pages and the black at 32,000, but those figures assume standard page coverage. A brochure page covered edge to edge in photography lays down several times the toner of a text page, so real-world color life on design work runs shorter than the headline rating. Plan the reorder point earlier than the panel's first warning if a launch date is fixed.

Premium Quality is in the name of this listing. Is the toner inside any different?

It is not. The Premium Quality set and the standard set contain the same cartridges, at the same $240.43, under the same warranty and returns terms. The label does not signal extra toner, a higher rating or a different formulation, and any studio comparing the two listings should treat them as the same product wearing a different title.

A single color faded on a proof. Must the full set be replaced to fix it?

Only the faded channel needs attention. The four cartridges are independent units, so the tired color comes out and its replacement goes in while the other three carry on. On a 7760DN feeding a studio, that one-at-a-time design is what keeps a single weak color from turning into a full stop.

How quickly can a replacement set reach the studio?

Stock ships from the warehouse nearest you among our IL, PA, GA and CA locations, and the delivery windows and carrier details are set out on our shipping and returns page. Studios on deadline usually keep the next set sealed in reserve so shipping time never enters the critical path.

What happens if one cartridge in the set turns out faulty?

It goes back under the 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns that cover every cartridge in the box, for a replacement or a refund. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the complete Xerox range is gathered on the brand page for any other machines you run.

About This Phaser 7760DN Premium Quality Four-Color Toner Set

Design studios lean on the Phaser 7760DN for the work clients actually judge: brochures, proofs and presentation pieces where color carries the page. This set matches that duty with a 32,000-page black cartridge and 25,000 pages from each of cyan, magenta and yellow — long runs between changes, and single-cartridge swaps when one color gives out first. Verify the four part numbers, order the set at $240.43, and let the studio's schedule, not its toner shelf, set the pace.
