Frequently Asked Questions

We run short customer jobs all day. How do we read these yield numbers honestly?

Each cartridge — black 106R01147, cyan 106R01144, magenta 106R01145 and yellow 106R01146 — is rated at 10,000 pages at standard coverage, an even line-up that is rare in toner. Short-run work is coverage-chaotic: a morning of text flyers barely touches the ratings, while an afternoon of full-color sell sheets spends color several times faster. Use the 10,000 figures for comparing cartridges and stocking the shelf, and let your own job mix tell you the reorder rhythm.

How do we make sure the set we order is the set this machine takes?

Match numbers, not names. The printer's supplies screen reports the four cartridges it expects, and this set is the right one when they read 106R01147 for black, 106R01144 for cyan, 106R01145 for magenta and 106R01146 for yellow. The labels on the cartridges already installed carry the same numbers if the screen is awkward to reach.

What does the $158.54 buy — and what does it not?

Four sealed high-yield cartridges, one per color channel. It does not include drums or other wear parts; those are separate supplies with separate numbers, ordered separately when the machine asks for them. Keeping that distinction on the purchase order saves the classic mix-up of expecting everything the printer consumes to arrive in one carton.

A color runs dry in the middle of a customer's run. Do we stop the shop?

For about two minutes. The empty cartridge comes out of its own slot, the fresh one goes in, and the remaining three channels are never touched. Because each color is its own sealed unit, a single-channel swap mid-run is routine — and with ratings this size, it is also a rare interruption rather than a weekly one.

Where do orders ship from?

From the closest of our four warehouses — IL, PA, GA or CA — with transit times and the returns process detailed on our shipping and returns page. A shop that prints for paying customers usually treats the first low warning as the reorder signal, keeping one full set between the machine and any deadline.

What backs the set if a cartridge underperforms?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns cover every cartridge in the set, and our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. A faulty unit goes back for replacement or refund on its own. The rest of the Xerox range sits on the brand page for the other machines most print rooms run alongside this one.

About This Phaser 6350DX High-Yield Four-Color Toner Set

Short-run work punishes printers in stops and starts, and the Phaser 6350DX earns its place by absorbing them. This set supports that pace with unusual stamina — 10,000 pages from the black cartridge and 10,000 from each color, so the supply shelf is restocked in one $158.54 order instead of a drip of single cartridges. It belongs to the same Phaser 6350 family of supplies: confirm the four part numbers on your machine, keep the carton within reach, and a dry channel becomes a pause, not a problem.

The fit list runs to 3 machines: Phaser 6350DT, Phaser 6350 and Phaser 6350DP. The four cartridges in this set each have their own listing: magenta (106R01145), the 106R01146 yellow cartridge, the black 106R01147 cartridge and cyan (106R01144).
