Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Premium Quality version of this set give our front office anything extra?

No — the honest answer is that the box is identical to the standard listing: black 106R01147, cyan 106R01144, magenta 106R01145 and yellow 106R01146, at the same $158.54 and under the same warranty and returns terms. There is no enhanced cartridge or priority handling attached to the word "Premium" here, and we would rather lose the upsell than dress up the same set as a different one.

Guest paperwork is relentless. How long should a set last a hotel front desk?

Registration cards, folios and directions are light-coverage black work, and the black cartridge is rated at 10,000 pages — with the three colors also rated at 10,000 each, which is uncommon enough to be worth double-checking on the box. For a front desk, the realistic reading is that the black does nearly all the travelling while the colors, spent on the odd map or event flyer, last far longer in calendar time.

Can the night clerk change a cartridge without waking anyone up?

Yes — it is designed to be that simple. The empty cartridge lifts out of its slot, the new one slides in until it seats, and each color physically fits only its own position. No tools, no service visit, and the printer is back for the next guest in a couple of minutes, any hour of the night.

How do we confirm this is the right set for the machine in the back office?

Check the supplies screen or the labels on the installed cartridges for the four numbers — 106R01147, 106R01144, 106R01145, 106R01146. Those numbers are the identity check that matters; if all four match what the machine reports, the set is correct regardless of which desk the printer has moved to over the years.

How do delivery and returns work for a property that orders centrally?

Sets ship from whichever of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA is nearest the delivery address, and the windows and return steps are published on our shipping and returns page. An unopened spare set is easy to return if a property's printer fleet changes.

If a cartridge fails, what is the process?

Call our support team Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. The set carries a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns, so the faulty cartridge is replaced or refunded individually while the others keep printing. The broader Xerox catalogue is on the brand page for any other machine on the property.

About This Phaser 6350DX Premium Quality High-Yield Toner Set

A hotel printer never gets to choose its moment — it is needed at midnight check-ins and dawn check-outs alike. The Phaser 6350DX set is built for that duty with even, generous ratings: 10,000 pages from the black and 10,000 from each color, in one $158.54 carton that any member of staff can act on. It sits in the wider Phaser 6350 supply family, and the Premium listing is the same set at the same price — the value here is stamina and simplicity, not a label.

Single cartridges for this family: the 106R01146 yellow cartridge, the black 106R01147 cartridge, cyan (106R01144) and the 106R01145 magenta cartridge — handy when one color drains faster than the rest. Compatibility covers Phaser 6350, Phaser 6350DP and Phaser 6350DT — every one of those models takes this same toner.
