Frequently Asked Questions
Which cartridge number belongs to the CopyCentre 128?
The 006R01184 — that is the black toner this listing supplies for the CopyCentre 128, one cartridge rated at up to 30,000 pages. The listing is named by the printer, but the number is what your machine asks for, so match 006R01184 on the old cartridge's label and you have the right box.
How is the price on a single?
$88.78 for 30,000 rated pages is about 0.30 cents per page. For a machine on moderate duty that single cartridge can be a year or more of printing — at 1,800 pages a month it stretches to roughly 16 months — which makes the single a reasonable default for the 128.
Prints are streaky and light on our 128 — is the toner gone?
Light, uneven output usually means the remaining toner has settled. Remove the cartridge, rock it gently from side to side several times, and reinsert it. If density returns, keep printing. If the page stays pale overall, the 006R01184 has genuinely reached the end of its 30,000 pages and this single is the replacement.
How long does swapping take?
Minutes. On these machines the toner cartridge is a front-access consumable — no tools, no service visit. Out with the spent cartridge, in with the new one until it seats, and the 128 is back to work.
What protection is included?
A 1-year warranty against defects and free returns for a full year. Our shipping and returns page has the details, and support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
