What does "Premium Quality" get me here — honestly?
Here is the straight answer: this Premium Quality 5 pack costs $402.17, which is exactly what our standard 106R01306 5 pack costs. Not a cent more. We are not going to invent a difference to justify the word "Premium" on the label, because there is no upcharge hiding behind it on this listing.
So what is identical between this pack and the standard 5 pack?
The numbers line up completely. Five cartridges in the box, each a compatible 106R01306 rated for up to 30,000 pages in black. The same $80.43 effective price per cartridge, the same 150,000 pages of total capacity, and the same running cost of roughly 0.27 cents per page.
Why list both, then?
Because buyers search and shop both ways, and some offices have always ordered under the Premium Quality listing name. Our position is simple: since the price is the same either way, choose whichever listing you prefer and you are not paying extra for an adjective. If a seller ever does charge more for the word "premium" alone, that is a charge worth questioning.
Keep them sealed in their packaging, in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight — a supply closet shelf is ideal. Toner powder does not dry out the way ink does, so a cartridge bought today prints just as well when its turn comes months from now. Rotate stock oldest-first and you are set.
What backs the purchase?
A one-year warranty and free returns for a full year on every cartridge, as described on our shipping and returns page. Orders leave our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, support is staffed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and you can browse everything else for these machines on our Xerox toner page.
About This Premium Quality 106R01306 5 Pack
The honest headline for this listing is the price: $402.17 for five compatible 106R01306 cartridges — precisely the standard 5-pack price, with "Premium Quality" in the name and no premium in the invoice. Each cartridge is rated for up to 30,000 pages, so the box holds 150,000 pages of departmental printing at about 0.27 cents per page. Judge it on those numbers; they are the same numbers we would point to on any listing in this family.
I use my printer frequently in college. I have printed at least 1000 pages and it still is printing fine. I bought this nearly a year ago and it still has not run out. The price cannot be beat and it works perfectly in my Xerox WorkCentre 5225.

I was leery of buying a compatible. The print quality has been good and we've gotten as much out of them as the expensive brand-name cartridges. We've been happy with this cartridge.

I have used two of these prior to this purchase and I haven't been disappointed. While I haven't tracked the exact page counts it seemed to last as long as the brand version I had used for several years prior. I use it in my high school math classrooms pr
