Frequently Asked Questions

Does the "Premium Quality" in the name make this C5500 set cost more?

No, and we would rather say that plainly than invent a difference. This Premium Quality listing is $155.58 — exactly the same price as our standard C5500 high-yield set. The page ratings are the same too: each of the four cartridges (part numbers 43324401, 43324402, 43324403, and 43324404) is rated at up to 5,000 pages. If you are choosing between the two listings, choose on availability, not on an imagined upgrade.

What is in the box?

Four high-yield toner cartridges for the C5500: black, cyan, magenta, and yellow, one of each. They are individually replaceable, so even though the set arrives together, you install each color only when the printer actually asks for it.

How long will this set keep a C5500 running?

That depends on your mix of printing. With every cartridge rated at up to 5,000 pages, a C5500 doing a few hundred pages a week can run many months on this set. A printer producing heavy color coverage — brochures, full-page graphics — will cycle through the color cartridges noticeably faster than the black.

Which part numbers does this set cover?

The set is built around the four Oki supply numbers 43324401, 43324402, 43324403, and 43324404, named together here because the cartridges are identified as a family. If the cartridge you removed from your C5500 carries one of those numbers, this set contains its replacement.

Is this set made by Oki?

It is not. This is a compatible set sold under the Clever Supplies brand, manufactured to match the 43324401–43324404 specifications rather than an Oki original. That distinction is exactly why the price sits at $155.58 for all four high-yield cartridges.

What if a cartridge in the set disappoints?

Each cartridge is covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns; the full terms are on our shipping and returns page. Shipments go out from our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, or California warehouses, and our support team is reachable Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. More of the range lives on the Okidata toner page.
