BizHub C224
The BizHub C224 is Konica Minolta's color departmental MFP for the mainstream office — full color, full finishing options, and the TN-321 toner set (TN-321K black, TN-321C cyan, TN-321M magenta, TN-321Y yellow). Color departmental machines run four cartridges at once, which quadruples the savings of going compatible. Our TN-321 cartridges (all four colors) keep the C224's color output affordable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the BizHub C224 share its TN-321 toner with the C284 and C364?
Yes, the C224, C284, and C364 all run on the TN-321 CMYK family, which is handy for fleets. One spare set can back up any of those machines.
Why does the BizHub C224 refuse to copy when only the yellow TN-321 is empty?
The machine requires all four cartridges installed to run the print engine, even for black-only copies. An empty yellow still blocks the job until it is replaced.
What is the best way to keep the C224's colors consistent across TN-321 changes?
Run auto color calibration after every cartridge swap and keep the machine's firmware current. Consistent calibration matters more than cartridge brand for day-to-day color stability.
