Frequently Asked Questions

What comes in this set for the M351a?

Four individually sealed 305A cartridges: CE410A black, CE411A cyan, CE412A yellow and CE413A magenta. The M351a is the simple USB-connected member of the Pro 300 color family, and this $80.78 carton gives it a complete fresh row in one purchase instead of four separate orders dribbling in.

How many pages will I get?

The CE410A black is rated at 2,200 pages; each color — CE411A, CE412A and CE413A — is rated at 2,600 pages. On a single-desk printer like the M351a that usually means the black runs out through everyday letters and documents long before the colors, which only work when you print graphics or photos.

How do I check toner levels on a basic USB model?

Through the printer software on the computer the M351a is plugged into — the HP utility reports each cartridge's remaining level, and printing a supplies status page from the driver shows the same figures. Check the codes there read CE410A through CE413A and you are looking at the right family.

One color is empty but the others are fine. What then?

Swap only that one. Each cartridge in the set is sealed on its own, so the rest can stay boxed on a shelf until their turn comes. There is no requirement to change all four together.

Will the spares keep if my printer sits idle for weeks?

Yes. Sealed toner cartridges wait patiently — store them flat, cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Toner does not dry out the way ink does, so a spare bought today is still ready after a quiet summer.

Who do I contact if something is wrong with a cartridge?

Our support team, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST. Every set is covered, and returns are free, so a faulty cartridge is an inconvenience rather than a loss.

About This 305A Set for the M351a

The M351a is the straightforward end of the Pro 300 line — a single-function color laser that sits next to one computer — and it drinks from the same 305A row as its bigger relatives: CE410A black at 2,200 pages and CE411A, CE412A and CE413A colors at 2,600 pages each, all for $80.78. Its relatives on the network side, such as the LaserJet 300 Color MFP M375nw, take the identical cartridges.

Shipping runs from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, with the nearest one to you handling your order; see the shipping & returns page for timing. The set carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, and the broader range for this printer family is catalogued under HP.
