How do we put this set on a purchase order as a single line?
One line is enough: the set is a single $94.45 item. For the description field, list the four part numbers it contains — 331-8429 black, 331-8432 cyan, 331-8431 magenta and 331-8430 yellow — so receiving can check the box against the order when it arrives. No need for four separate lines or four separate approvals.
This is the Premium listing at the same $94.45 as the standard set. What does purchasing actually get for the word "Premium"?
The same four extra high yield cartridges, the same ratings and the same one-year warranty and one-year free returns — nothing extra is claimed, and nothing is missing either. For procurement purposes the two listings are interchangeable; approve whichever one your buyer found.
What should receiving verify when the box arrives?
Four cartridges with four labels: 331-8429, 331-8432, 331-8431 and 331-8430. The black is the 11,000-page cartridge; the three colors are 9,000 pages each. If a label shows a different number, that box belongs to a different family — flag it before it goes to the storeroom shelf, not when someone tries to install it.
Can one stock line cover both our C3765dnf and our C3760 machines?
Yes. The C3765dnf, C3765, C3760, C3760n and C3760dn all run this identical cartridge family, so a single set specification — and a single reorder point — can serve the whole fleet. That is the quiet advantage of this family for anyone managing supplies centrally.
How often will this line come back up for reorder?
Infrequently, by design: up to 11,000 pages of black and 9,000 pages per color per set means most offices reorder a few times a year at most. The colors set the cadence, since color pages draw on the 331-8432, 331-8431 and 331-8430 together.
What are the warranty and returns terms for the paperwork?
One-year warranty on all four cartridges and one-year free returns, per the policy on our shipping and returns page. Orders ship from our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouse, and support keeps office hours — Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST — for any documentation questions.
