Frequently Asked Questions

We have B1160s on several desks — can one 5-pack cover them all?

Yes, and that is precisely what this pack is for. Every Dell B1160 takes the same cartridge, the 331-7335, so one shelf stock of five serves every desk. Nobody ends up with the wrong cartridge for their machine, and the person who orders toner manages a single product instead of chasing individual requests.

What does the pack save against buying singles?

Five single cartridges would cost $163.80. This 5-pack is $89.86 — $17.97 per cartridge — saving $73.94. Across a set of B1160s printing steadily, that saving repeats with every pack you buy, which is why multi-desk offices rarely buy this cartridge one at a time.

How do we run a shared shelf stock sensibly?

Set a reorder point and stick to it: when the third cartridge leaves the shelf, order the next pack. That keeps two cartridges of buffer against a busy week while never letting stock pile up. Take cartridges oldest-first, and keep the unopened ones sealed in a cool, dry place.

What is the per-page cost across our printers?

Roughly 1.20 cents per page from this pack — 7,500 rated pages for $89.86 — against about 2.18 cents per page from singles. Because every B1160 in the office uses the same cartridge, that one figure is your toner cost per page everywhere, which makes budgeting unusually straightforward.

Does the pack also cover our other Dell models?

If they are from the B1160 series, yes: the 331-7335 also fits the B1160W, B1163, B1163W, B1165 and B1165NFW. A mixed fleet of those models draws from this same stock, so one pack can be the whole office's toner supply.

What warranty applies to cartridges from the pack?

Each cartridge is individually covered by a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns, and our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders ship from our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses. The full policy is on our shipping & returns page.
