Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Premium Quality" mean on this 331-7335 5-pack?

Honestly? It is part of this listing's name — and you should judge the pack by its numbers, not its adjectives. The specifications here are the ones that matter: five Dell 331-7335 cartridges, each rated at up to 1,500 pages, at $89.86 for the pack, backed by the same 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns as every other listing in this family. We would rather give you those checkable facts than ask you to take a label on trust.

Is the price different from the standard 331-7335 5-pack?

No. This Premium Quality 5-pack costs $89.86 — exactly the same as the standard 331-7335 5-pack. That works out at $17.97 per cartridge and a saving of $73.94 against buying five singles at $32.76 each. There is no premium in the price, whatever the name suggests.

What do the running-cost numbers say?

Five cartridges at 1,500 rated pages each give 7,500 pages in total. At $89.86, toner works out to roughly 1.20 cents per page — down from about 2.18 cents per page when the same cartridge is bought one at a time. For a B1160-series printer in regular use, that is the real substance of this pack.

So which 5-pack should we order — this one or the standard listing?

Whichever you prefer; the cartridge, the part number and the price are the same. Some buyers find this listing by searching the part number 331-7335, others by their printer model. What arrives is the same box either way, covered by the same warranty.

Which printers does this pack stock?

Any of the six B1160-series models that take the 331-7335: B1160, B1160W, B1163, B1163W, B1165 and B1165NFW. A mixed set of those machines can all draw from this one pack, which keeps purchasing to a single line.

How does the order reach us, and who do we call with a problem?

Orders ship from whichever of our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses is best placed for you. If anything is wrong, our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and returns are free for a year under the terms on our shipping & returns page.
