Frequently Asked Questions

What does this 3-pack bring the cost of a 331-7335 cartridge down to?

$20.44 per cartridge. Three singles would cost $98.28; this pack is $61.32, saving $36.96. In per-page terms the drop is from about 2.18 cents to roughly 1.36 cents — the pack sizes are where this small cartridge's running cost becomes genuinely reasonable.

How far do 4,500 pages actually go?

The three cartridges are rated at 1,500 pages each, so 4,500 pages in total. At 250 pages a month that is about eighteen months of printing; at 500 pages a month, around nine months. For a small office on a B1160-series printer, one 3-pack order can comfortably cover a half-year to a year and a half depending on volume.

Why buy by part number when ordering a pack?

Because 331-7335 is the reference that cannot be misread. Printer model names in this family — B1160, B1160W, B1163, B1163W, B1165, B1165NFW — look alike at a glance, and all six take this same cartridge. A purchase order written against the part number lands on the right product every time.

How should we rotate three cartridges?

Fit one, shelve two sealed, and always take the oldest remaining cartridge next. Toner does not degrade quickly, but first-in, first-out keeps stock tidy and means no cartridge sits forgotten at the back of a cupboard for years. Reorder when you fit the last one, not when it runs out.

Is this pack only for the B1160?

No — the 331-7335 serves the whole B1160 series listed above. This 3-pack is named by the part number precisely because it stocks any of those machines; offices running two different models from the series can share the one pack between them.

What warranty and delivery terms apply?

Every cartridge in the pack is covered by a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns. Support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders leave from our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses. The full policy is on our shipping & returns page.
