Frequently Asked Questions

This listing says "Premium Quality" and costs the same $110.14 as the standard Dell 3010 set. What is actually different?

Honestly: on everything we can measure, nothing. Both listings contain the same four cartridges — 341-3568 black, 341-3571 cyan, 341-3570 magenta, 341-3569 yellow — at the same 2,000-page rating each, at the same $110.14 price ($27.54 per cartridge), under the same one-year warranty and one-year free returns. We will not invent a difference the numbers do not support. If your records already reference this listing, ordering here gets you the same set the standard listing delivers; if you are choosing between the two, choose either — the box that arrives is built to the same specification.

Why do two listings for the same set exist at all?

Customers find this set two ways: some search by the printer ("Dell 3010 toner set"), others by the cartridge numbers 341-3568, 341-3571, 341-3570 and 341-3569. The listings grew up around those different habits over the years. Rather than merge them and break the bookmarks and reorder links offices already rely on, we keep both — clearly priced the same, so the duplication costs you nothing.

How does the 2,000-page rating on each cartridge translate into real use?

Each of the four cartridges — black 341-3568, cyan 341-3571, magenta 341-3570, yellow 341-3569 — is rated at 2,000 pages under standard test coverage, about five percent of the page filled. A page of plain text lands near that assumption; a page with photos or solid color blocks can use several times more toner. So a set rated at 2,000 pages per color behaves like 2,000 ordinary pages, or far fewer if your 3010 prints brochures and graphics all day.

Are these genuine Dell cartridges?

No, and the listing does not pretend otherwise. They are Clever Supplies compatible cartridges manufactured to match the 341-3568 / 341-3571 / 341-3570 / 341-3569 specifications. "Premium Quality" in the name refers to this listing line, not to Dell original equipment. The practical protections are spelled out on our shipping & returns page: a one-year warranty and one year of free returns on every set.

If one color runs out early, do we have to buy the whole set again?

No. The four cartridges are also sold individually — 341-3568 for black, 341-3571 for cyan, 341-3570 for magenta, 341-3569 for yellow — so a mid-cycle replacement only costs you the one cartridge that emptied. The set is the economical way to refresh all four at once when several are low together; it is not a lock-in.

How fast can we get a set, and who do we call with a problem?

We ship from four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California — and route each order from the closest one with stock. Support is staffed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central. The rest of our range for this printer family is on the Dell toner page.
