Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is in this 4-pack?
Four compatible black cartridges of the 006R01184 — the cartridge number the CopyCentre C123 in this listing's name takes. Each cartridge is rated at up to 30,000 pages, so the box totals 120,000 pages, used one cartridge at a time.
Where does the 4-pack sit on price?
At $299.66 the box works out to about $74.92 per cartridge and roughly 0.25 cents per page. That is a step below the 2-pack's $79.54 per cartridge and just above the 5-pack's $73.99 — and against four singles at $355.12, the box saves $55.46.
Who is the 4-pack the right size for?
Offices that print steadily but do not want the largest box on the shelf. At 4,000 pages a month, 120,000 pages runs about 30 months; at 6,000 a month, roughly 20. It suits a C123 or its platform siblings that handle a department's everyday copying and printing without copy-shop volume.
Yes. On these multifunction machines there is one toner cartridge feeding both the copier and the printer engine, so a heavy copying month shortens cartridge life just as a heavy printing month does. That is worth remembering when you estimate how long this 120,000-page box will last — count both jobs together.
What cover backs the box?
A 1-year warranty on every cartridge and free returns for a full year. Details are on our shipping and returns page, and you can reach support Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST with any question before ordering.
