Frequently Asked Questions

Why do so many small offices land on three cartridges at a time?

Three hits a practical rhythm: one in the machine, one on the shelf, one still in reserve when the shelf spare gets used. For a typical small office that is roughly a season of black printing handled in a single order — no mid-quarter scramble, no emergency single bought at the worst possible moment. This 3 pack holds three 106R02759 cartridges, each rated at up to 2,000 pages.

What does the three-pack do to the numbers?

Three singles bought separately would cost $76.44; the pack is $39.47, saving $36.97. Per cartridge the price falls to $13.16, and the cost per page drops to about 0.66 cents — close to half the single-cartridge rate — across a combined yield of up to 6,000 pages.

Does it matter which cartridge from the box I fit first?

No. All three are the same compatible 106R02759 with the same rating; there is no graded quality inside the pack. The one sensible habit is rotation: fit them in the order you bought them, so the oldest stock is always the next one into the machine.

What sort of printing adds up to 6,000 pages?

The unglamorous backbone of an office: invoices and statements, contracts and letters, application forms, delivery notes, the agenda for every meeting. Black toner does nearly all of it even on a colour machine, which is why a three-pack of black alone is a rational buy rather than an odd one.

Which printers does this pack serve?

The Phaser 6022 and the WorkCentre 6027 share this cartridge, and this pack serves both. An office with one of each can run its whole black supply from this single box.

What protection backs the pack?

A one-year warranty and free returns for a year cover every cartridge in it — the terms are on the shipping and returns page. We ship from IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, and the full range for the platform is gathered on the Xerox toner page.
