Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually gets through five of these cartridges?

Offices where the printer never really stops: accounts departments at month-end, logistics desks printing paperwork all day, shared ML-3750ND machines serving whole teams. This pack holds 75,000 rated pages — five MLT-D305L cartridges at 15,000 pages each — so at 6,000 pages a month it is still more than a year of supply. If your machine's cartridge changes feel like a recurring appointment, five at a time is the pack sized for you; if they do not, a smaller pack is the honest buy.

What does the bulk price do to the running cost?

The five-pack is $181.88, or $36.38 per cartridge — against $255.80 for five singles, a saving of $73.92. Across 75,000 rated pages the toner cost falls to roughly 0.24 cents a page. Each step up the pack sizes shaves the per-cartridge figure further, and this is the point where the MLT-D305L becomes a genuinely cheap page to print.

How do we store five cartridges sensibly?

One cupboard, kept together, used in arrival order. The waiting MLT-D305L units stay sealed in their boxes, stored flat in a cool, dry place; sealed toner does not deteriorate, so the fifth cartridge prints like the first. Disorder is the only real enemy of a pack this size — units scattered between offices get forgotten, duplicated or fitted out of turn, so give the stock a single home and a single owner.

Can the pack serve more than one printer?

Yes. The MLT-D305L fits both the ML-3750ND and the ML-3750, so this pack works as a central pool for several machines: whichever printer runs dry draws the next cartridge. Nothing in the box is tied to a particular unit, which makes the pack as much a fleet purchase as a single machine's supply.

Should we worry about the warranty clock on cartridges used late in the pack?

It is a fair question with a practical answer: buy at the rate you use. The cover runs per purchase — a one-year warranty and free returns within the first year — so a pack sized to about a year's consumption keeps every unit comfortably inside its cover while it is in service. Rotation helps too: fitting cartridges in arrival order means the oldest stock is always the next into the machine.

Does a pack this size still ship as one delivery?

Yes — one order, one shipment, from whichever of our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses is closest. The terms behind it are on our shipping and returns page, and our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST for anything the page does not answer.
