Frequently Asked Questions

Is a three-pack roughly a year's supply for our office?

For a mid-volume office, very likely. The pack holds 45,000 rated pages — three MLT-D305L cartridges at 15,000 pages each — and a printer working through 3,000 to 4,000 pages a month lands almost exactly on a year. Lighter users will stretch it well past that; heavier ones should read the total rather than the season: 45,000 pages is the budget, and your monthly volume decides how long it lasts.

Are all three cartridges the same MLT-D305L unit?

Yes — three identical high-yield cartridges, each stamped MLT-D305L, each a complete one-piece unit. There is no mixture of sizes or grades inside the box, so the second and third changes are exactly like the first: slide the finished unit out, slide the next one in. Matching the code on the cartridge you remove is the simplest check that this pack is your supply.

What is the per-cartridge cost inside the pack?

$38.84. The pack is $116.53 against $153.48 for three singles, a saving of $36.95, and the rated cost per page works out at about 0.26 cents. Buying three at a time is where the MLT-D305L's economics get genuinely strong — the yield was already high, and the pack price pulls the per-cartridge figure down to meet it.

Which machines will these cartridges fit?

The ML-3750ND named on this listing and the ML-3750. The MLT-D305L is the high-yield supply shared by both models, so the pack can be stocked against either printer — useful when a second machine arrives mid-year and the toner cupboard does not need rethinking.

How should we handle three cartridges across a year?

Fit one, shelve two, and fit them in the order they arrived. Keep the waiting units sealed, flat and somewhere cool and dry; sealed toner does not age on any timescale that matters here, so the last cartridge of the year will print like the first. Keep the pack together in one cupboard so the stock is visible at a glance — when the shelf holds one, that is the reorder signal.

What cover does the pack carry?

Every cartridge in it is covered the same way: a one-year warranty against defects and free returns throughout the first year, under the terms published on our shipping and returns page. Questions are handled by our support team Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
