Frequently Asked Questions

The ML-1660 prints our invoices every day — how far ahead does this pack take the toner question off the table?

The pack holds five MLT-D104S cartridges — 7,500 pages in total. A business printing 75 invoice pages a day works through roughly one cartridge a month, so this box settles about five months of daily invoicing in a single order, with the shelf always holding the next swap.

What does the pack bring the ML-1660's page cost down to?

About 1.65 cents a page, against roughly 2.64 cents from single cartridges. The five-pack costs $123.96, which is $24.79 a cartridge instead of $39.58 — a saving of $73.94 against five singles across the same 7,500 pages.

How does ordering change once an ML-1660 is fed from a five-pack?

Reordering stops being reactive. Instead of an order placed in a hurry when output fades, the pack is bought on your schedule — and the count of sealed cartridges on the shelf becomes the reorder signal, with weeks of warning built in.

What if a cartridge partway through the pack develops a fault?

Each unit is covered individually: one year of warranty, free returns for one year, claimed per cartridge via the shipping and returns page. The faulty cartridge returns alone while the rest of the pack keeps the invoices printing, which is precisely why the cover is written per cartridge rather than per box.

Can the pack keep two different Samsung models supplied?

Yes — the MLT-D104S is shared across the compact range, including the ML-1661, ML-1666, ML-1670 and ML-1676, the ML-1860 and ML-1865, and the SCX-3200, SCX-3205, SCX-3206, SCX-3210, SCX-3217 and SCX-3218. A small business with an ML-1660 on invoices and an SCX on copying can feed both from this box of Samsung toner cartridges.

When is the single cartridge the smarter buy instead?

When the ML-1660's daily work is ending — a business moving its invoicing elsewhere, or a printer nearing replacement. The pack's saving is real only if the cartridges will be used; for a machine with a settled future in daily service, that condition is comfortably met.
