Frequently Asked Questions
What does this five-cartridge set actually cover?
It is a five-cartridge restock built on the codes in its name — the CLT-K609S black, the CLT-C609S cyan and the CLT-M609S magenta — the core cartridges a shared CLP-770ND works through. Every cartridge in the family is rated at 7,000 pages, black and colors alike, so each unit in the box carries the same rated capacity. The set is aimed at bringing a busy machine's main supplies back up to strength in a single order.
Who is a five-cartridge restock the right size for?
Workgroups that share one CLP-770ND and cannot afford for it to sit idle. Five cartridges on the shelf covers the machine's heaviest-use supplies with spares behind them, so a cartridge failing mid-week — or mid-job — is a two-minute swap rather than a stopped printer and an emergency order. Smaller offices printing occasional color will find a single cartridge at a time the more sensible rhythm; this box is sized for volume.
What does it average out to per cartridge?
The set is priced at $590.34, which averages roughly $118.07 across its five cartridges. Judged as a supplies budget rather than a single purchase, that is the per-cartridge figure a department can plan its running costs around for the period the box covers — one order, one invoice, and the machine's main cartridges accounted for.
Where does the yellow cartridge fit in?
The set's name covers the black, cyan and magenta codes, so if your CLP-770ND's yellow is also running low, the family's yellow — the CLT-Y609S — is its own separate listing and would need adding to the order. Checking all four cartridge levels before ordering is the quick habit that makes a restock like this complete rather than one color short.
How should a box of this size be kept before use?
Leave each cartridge sealed until the day it goes into the machine, store the box flat somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and fit the cartridges oldest-first if the box is drawn on over several months. Stored that way, the reserve waits patiently — toner does not need using within weeks — and every cartridge performs as rated when its turn comes.
What backs the set once it arrives?
Each cartridge is a Clever Supplies compatible covered by a one-year warranty, with returns free at any point in the first year should one fault or disappoint. Our shipping & returns page explains how a return works, orders are dispatched from the nearest of our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California locations, and support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
About This Samsung CLT-609S Five-Color Toner Set
A shared CLP-770ND earns its keep by never stopping, and this five-cartridge set is the deep restock that keeps it that way: five cartridges built around the CLT-K609S black, CLT-C609S cyan and CLT-M609S magenta codes, each rated at 7,000 pages, together at $590.34. Within our Samsung compatible catalogue it carries the standard terms — a one-year warranty and free returns throughout the first year. Before ordering, glance at the machine's yellow level as well: the CLT-Y609S sits outside this set's named codes and is ordered separately when it is needed.
