Frequently Asked Questions
What does this CLT-609S set consist of?
Four cartridges, named in the title: CLT-K609S for black, CLT-C609S for cyan, CLT-M609S for magenta and CLT-Y609S for yellow. The listing rates black at 7,000 pages and the colors at 7,000 pages each, so the set's combined rating is 28,000 pages.
Black and colors rated the same — does that change how I plan?
A little, yes. On many platforms the black outlasts the colors or the reverse; here all four ratings match, so replacement timing is driven purely by what your documents consume rather than by one cartridge being built smaller. Text-heavy sites will still see the black move first; the ratings just start level.
How is this listing different from the model-named sets?
Only in how it is labeled. This page names the cartridge family — CLT-609S — instead of a printer, for buyers who order by the code on the cartridge. The listing's printer list shows the CLP-770ND as a reference model, and the contents are the same four cartridges at the same $435.54.
Can I install the cartridges separately?
Yes — each is an independent, sealed unit. Fit all four to bring a machine fully back, or fit only the slot the printer is asking about and keep the rest for later.
What warranty and returns apply?
Each cartridge carries a 1-year warranty, and returns are free within the first year — details on our shipping & returns page.
Where do you ship from, and when can I call?
Warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA handle dispatch, using the location that suits your address. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
