Also fits: This cartridge fits the Ricoh Aficio MP C306, MP C307, MP C406 and MP C407 — the same machines also sold under the Savin and Lanier brands with the same model names. Ricoh's rated yields for this platform are 17,000 pages for black and 6,000 pages for each color.

Frequently Asked Questions

We picked up this machine secondhand with unknown toner levels — is a full set a sensible first order?

It is a clean way to start: you replace inherited, half-known cartridges with four fresh ones, reset the clock on every color at once, and stop wondering which cartridge produced a bad print. If the panel shows one color nearly full, you can hold that cartridge back and install it later — nothing in the set has to go in on day one.

Exactly what is in the set, and what does each cartridge yield?

One black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow cartridge — one of each color the machine uses. Their ratings differ sharply: the black is rated at 17,000 pages while each color is rated at 6,000 pages. Expect the colors to cycle through roughly two or three times for every black cartridge at balanced use.

How much does the set save against buying the four cartridges separately?

The four singles total $221.98; the set is $166.50, saving $55.48. That discount effectively brings the per-cartridge cost well below the single prices, and it is the cheapest way to stock the whole machine in one order. You also get one delivery and one invoice instead of four.

The title says MP C307 — does the set fit other machines?

Yes. The cartridges in this set belong to the whole Ricoh MP C306, MP C307 and MP C406 compact color MFP platform, and the listing simply names one model from that family. Any machine on the platform takes this same set of four cartridge numbers.

Do all four cartridges have to be installed at the same time?

No. Install whichever colors the machine actually needs and shelve the rest, sealed, in a cool dry place. Many offices fit the full set at once for a known starting point, then replace colors individually as they run down. The set is a buying bundle, not an installation requirement.

If one cartridge in the set is defective, does the whole set go back?

No — each cartridge is covered on its own under our one-year warranty and one-year free returns, as described on the shipping and returns page. We will remedy the faulty cartridge without disturbing the other three. Support runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
