Frequently Asked Questions

The MP 305 only holds one cartridge — why buy a 2-pack?

Because the cheapest time to have a spare is before you need it. This 2-pack gives you 18,000 pages total for $56.19, which is $28.10 per cartridge compared to $37.34 for a single — a saving of $18.49 versus buying two singles. When the first cartridge runs out mid-job, the second is already on your shelf and work does not stop while you wait for a delivery.

Will the second cartridge go bad sitting on the shelf?

No, not if you keep it sealed. Leave the spare in its original packaging, stored flat in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Sealed toner cartridges are designed for shelf storage, and you can rotate the spare in when the installed cartridge is finished — just use the older stock first.

Which printers does this 2-pack fit?

Both cartridges in this pack are made for Ricoh MP 305. Each cartridge in the pack is identical, rated at 9,000 pages, so you get two full yields back to back with no change in print quality between the first and the second.

Can I split this pack between two different MP 305 machines?

Yes. If you run two MP 305 units in the same office, you can put one cartridge in each machine. Many offices do exactly that — the per-cartridge price of $28.10 in this pack beats buying two separate singles at $37.34 each.

What happens if one cartridge in the pack has a problem?

Each cartridge is covered on its own. If one underperforms, you do not lose coverage on the other. Our compatible cartridges carry a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, and support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. You can read the full policy on our shipping and returns page.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders ship from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, so your pack ships from the location nearest you. That regional setup keeps transit times short for most US addresses, whether you are restocking one machine or two.
