Frequently Asked Questions

Who honestly needs four cartridges and 36,000 pages?

Busy departments, shared workgroup printers and small fleets. If your MP 305 handles a few thousand pages a month, a 4-pack at $93.89 works out to $23.47 per cartridge — the lowest per-cartridge price in this family — and saves you $55.47 compared to buying four singles at $37.34 each. Lighter users who print a few hundred pages a month honestly do not need this much stock.

How should I store four cartridges so they stay in good condition?

Keep them sealed in their boxes, stacked flat in a cool, dry cabinet away from windows and heat sources. Label or arrange them so the first one you bought is the first one you install. Rotating stock in order means no cartridge sits forgotten at the back of the shelf for years.

Which printers are these four cartridges for?

All four cartridges are made for Ricoh MP 305. Every cartridge in the pack carries the same 9,000-page rating, so a pack covers up to 36,000 pages in total across one machine over time, or spread across several machines in the same family.

Can one 4-pack supply more than one printer?

Yes — that is one of the most common reasons offices buy this size. Split the pack across two, three or four MP 305 machines and each one gets a fresh cartridge at the pack price of $23.47, instead of the single price of $37.34. It also simplifies reordering: one purchase covers the whole group.

Does buying in bulk change my warranty or return rights?

No. Bulk pricing does not reduce your coverage. Every cartridge in this pack is covered by our 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, the same as a single cartridge. If one unit has an issue, contact support Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, or check our shipping and returns page for the full terms.

Is the per-page cost really lower in this pack?

Yes, and the numbers are straightforward. A single cartridge at $37.34 for 9,000 pages is about 0.41 cents per page. In this 4-pack you pay $23.47 per cartridge for the same 9,000 pages, which brings the cost down to roughly 0.26 cents per page. Over 36,000 pages that difference adds up to the $55.47 saving versus four singles.
