Also fits: this black print cartridge (8,000 pages) fits the Ricoh Aficio MP 301SP and MP 301SPF; the same cartridge in Ricoh's own manufacturer feed is EDP 841767. The same machines were also sold under the Savin and Lanier brands under the same MP 301SP / MP 301SPF model names.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who honestly goes through four cartridges on a desktop MFP like this?

More offices than you would expect. Four cartridges total 32,000 rated pages — a department printing 2,500 pages a month covers over a year, and a shared machine serving several desks can move faster than that. This pack is sized for the MP 301SP that acts as a small workgroup hub, or for a buyer who simply wants one order to close the toner question for a long stretch.

What does the per-cartridge price drop to in the 4-pack?

$23.63 per cartridge, against $37.49 for a single — four singles bought separately would cost $149.96, so the pack saves $55.45. Spread over 32,000 rated pages, the toner cost per page also drops well below the single cartridge's roughly 0.47 cents. It is the lowest unit price in this cartridge family.

Will these cartridges fit my machine?

Yes — each of the four is the compatible replacement for Ricoh 841714, made for the Ricoh MP 301SP. Check the label on the cartridge you remove: if it reads 841714, every unit in this box is a match, and the changeover is the familiar front-cover swap with no tools and no settings to adjust.

How should I store three spares without ruining them?

Keep them sealed in their packaging, flat rather than on end, in a normal room — not a hot storeroom, not next to a radiator, not in direct sun. Toner is a dry powder, so time alone does not spoil it; heat and humidity are the real enemies. Use them oldest first, and rock each cartridge gently side to side before installing to level the powder.

What if my printing volume drops after I buy four?

The sealed spares simply wait — stored properly they stay ready, so a quieter quarter does not waste your purchase. And if a cartridge itself misbehaves, the 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns apply to each unit on its own; the full policy is on our shipping & returns page. You are never locked into sending the whole pack back over one bad unit.

Can I split this pack between two machines?

Absolutely — nothing ties the cartridges to a single printer. Any machine that takes the 841714 can use any unit from the box, so offices running two printers from this family often park two cartridges at each location. However you divide them, support is a phone call away Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders ship from our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses.
