Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually goes through 148,000 pages of black toner?

Busier offices than you might think. An MP 4055 serving a billing department, a school office, a medical front desk or a small warehouse can burn through 8,000 to 12,000 pages a month without anyone noticing — at that pace, four cartridges rated at 37,000 pages each cover roughly a year to eighteen months. If several people share the machine and nobody wants the "toner empty" conversation, a 4-pack is the order-once answer.

What do I save by ordering four at a time?

Four singles would cost $259.48. This pack is $204.04, putting each cartridge at $51.01 — the lowest per-cartridge price in this family — and saving you $55.44. The saving is real but the bigger win is operational: one purchase order, one delivery, and a supply shelf that stays stocked through budget cycles and busy seasons without anyone reordering mid-quarter.

Is this the right cartridge for my printer?

This 4-pack is made for Ricoh MP 4055. All four units are identical black toner cartridges for the MP 4055 monochrome multifunction series. If your office runs a mixed fleet, dedicate this pack to the 4055 — MP cartridges are not cross-compatible between model lines, and a mislabeled shelf causes exactly the downtime this pack is meant to prevent.

How should we store and rotate four cartridges?

Keep the boxes sealed, flat, and in a cool, dry cabinet away from windows and heating vents. Mark the delivery date on each box and always install the oldest first — simple first-in, first-out rotation. Toner does not expire like ink, but good rotation means no cartridge sits for years, and your stock count stays honest when someone asks how many are left.

Does buying in bulk change my warranty or return rights?

No. Every cartridge in the pack carries the same one-year warranty and one-year free returns as a single, and a problem with one unit is handled for that unit alone — you never have to send back good cartridges. The full terms live on our shipping and returns page. Bulk pricing lowers your cost per page; it does not lower your protection.

How is an order this size shipped?

We fulfill from four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California — and ship from the location nearest you with the full quantity in stock, so the pack arrives together rather than in stragglers. If you manage toner for several sites and want to split a pack between them, our support team can help plan that Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
