Also fits: this black print cartridge (8,000 pages) fits the Ricoh Aficio MP 301SP and MP 301SPF; the same cartridge in Ricoh's own manufacturer feed is EDP 841767. The same machines were also sold under the Savin and Lanier brands under the same MP 301SP / MP 301SPF model names.

Frequently Asked Questions

This MFP only holds one cartridge — why would I buy two at once?

Because the day the installed cartridge runs dry is never a convenient day. With a 2-pack, the second cartridge sits sealed on a shelf and goes in the moment the first one fades, so a dead printer never stalls invoices or forms. The pair covers 16,000 rated pages between them, and buying together drops the per-cartridge price from $37.49 to $28.25 — an $18.48 saving versus two separate single orders.

How long will a sealed spare keep before I open it?

Stored flat, sealed, and away from heat and direct sunlight, a toner cartridge keeps well for a long shelf period — toner powder does not dry out the way ink does. When the swap day comes, give the spare a gentle side-to-side rock before installing so the powder is evenly distributed, and rotate stock first-in, first-out if you reorder before the spare is used.

Does this 2-pack fit my printer?

Yes — both cartridges are the compatible replacement for Ricoh 841714, the cartridge specified for the Ricoh MP 301SP. If the cartridge you are pulling out is marked 841714, either unit in this pack is the right fit, and each installs with the same simple slide-out, slide-in change as the original.

Is the 2-pack genuinely cheaper, or is it bundle pricing tricks?

The arithmetic is plain: two singles bought separately cost $74.98; this pack is $56.50, which is $28.25 per cartridge and $18.48 saved. Per page it also improves — 16,000 rated pages across the pair works out lower per page than the single's roughly 0.47 cents. No rebates or conditions, just the lower unit price for taking two at once.

If one cartridge in the pack turns out faulty, do I lose the whole pack?

No. Every cartridge carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, and a problem unit is handled individually — you return the faulty one, not its sealed partner. The details live on our shipping & returns page. Your working cartridge and your spare stay exactly where they are.

Where does my order ship from?

We pick from four warehouses — IL, PA, GA and CA — based on which is nearest to your address, so most orders travel a short distance. Questions before or after ordering are answered by our support team Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.

About This Ricoh 841714 Compatible Toner 2-Pack

Two cartridges, 16,000 rated pages, $56.50 — $28.25 a cartridge and $18.48 less than buying the pair one at a time. This pack is built for the MP 301SP that cannot afford downtime: one cartridge works, one waits sealed, and the swap takes a minute when the first runs out. Both cartridges are backed by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, and ship from our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouses. See everything we stock for the platform on the Ricoh toner page.
