Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of operation goes through eight cartridges at a time?
High-volume ones: a CL4000DN running a department's daily color output, a small print room, or a business standardizing one cartridge family across a busy shared machine. Eight cartridges total up to 120,000 pages of capacity, so this bundle is bought by people who measure toner in months of runway rather than weeks. For a lightly used printer it would be over-buying, and we would steer you to a smaller set.
What does the math look like at this quantity?
The bundle is $729.64 for eight cartridges — about $91.21 per cartridge. Compared with paying $103.91 for a single black or up to $108.71 for a single color cartridge, the per-unit price drops on every cartridge in the box, and the savings compound across the volume this pack is designed for.
Are these cartridges right for my machine?
They are built for the Ricoh Aficio CL4000DN platform; the full roster of compatible models appears here: Lanier LP226cn, Aficio CL4000DN, Aficio SP C410DN and Aficio SP C411DN. The listing headline names the CL4000DN, but these are platform cartridges shared by every model in that list, so confirm your machine there rather than going by the title alone.
How should we store eight cartridges until they are needed?
Keep them sealed in their packaging, flat, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Rotate stock so the earliest-purchased cartridges are installed first. Stored that way, toner cartridges wait patiently — there is no ink to dry out — which is what makes a deep stock-up practical.
If one cartridge from the eight has a problem, what happens?
Each cartridge is individually covered by our one-year warranty, and returns stay free for a year after purchase. A single faulty unit is replaced or refunded on its own; you are never asked to return the whole bundle over one bad cartridge. The details live on our shipping & returns page.
Can support help us plan reorder timing for volume like this?
Yes. With up to 120,000 pages in this bundle, most buyers set a simple trigger — reorder when the last two cartridges go on the shelf — and our team can help estimate timing from your monthly page counts. We answer Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders ship from our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouses.
About This Ricoh Aficio CL4000DN 8 Color Set
This is the deep-stock option for the Ricoh Aficio CL4000DN platform: eight compatible cartridges totaling up to 120,000 pages of capacity for $729.64, or about $91.21 per cartridge against $103.91 to $108.71 for singles. It suits departments and print-heavy offices that would rather manage one planned purchase than a string of urgent ones, and it is backed by a one-year warranty and one-year free returns. Smaller quantities and the rest of the range are on our Ricoh toner page.
