Frequently Asked Questions
Who needs five cartridges in a single order?
Offices that treat toner as a stockroom item rather than an emergency purchase. Five cartridges put up to 75,000 pages of total capacity on the shelf, which suits a CL4000DN that runs steady daily volume or a shared machine nobody wants to find empty on a Monday morning. If your printer only wakes up a few times a week, a smaller set will tie up less cash.
What is the per-cartridge cost in this bundle?
The set is $459.48 for five cartridges, which works out to about $91.90 per cartridge. Against single-cartridge prices of $103.91 for black and roughly $108 to $109 for each color, buying in this bundle trims the unit cost on every cartridge you install.
Which machines take these cartridges?
They are manufactured for the Ricoh Aficio CL4000DN platform, and every model they fit is listed here: Lanier LP226cn, Aficio CL4000DN, Aficio SP C410DN and Aficio SP C411DN. This listing is titled for the CL4000DN, but the cartridges are platform-wide parts — check your model against that list and you will know whether this bundle belongs in your supply cabinet.
How long will five cartridges realistically last us?
Each cartridge is rated up to 15,000 pages at 5% coverage, so the bundle represents up to 75,000 pages of combined capacity. A workgroup printing a few hundred color pages a day can stretch that across many months; a print-heavy department will move through it faster. Dense graphics and full-page photos shorten cartridge life noticeably compared with ordinary office documents.
What protection do I get on a bulk purchase like this?
The same as on a single cartridge: a one-year warranty on every cartridge in the box and free returns for a full year. If one unit from the bundle fails early or prints poorly, we address that unit — the rest of your stock is unaffected. See our shipping & returns page for the complete terms.
Does an order this size ship from one location?
Yes — we keep inventory in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California, and the order is dispatched complete from the warehouse nearest you that has it in stock. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if you want to check availability first.
