Also fits: this cartridge fits the Ricoh Aficio MP C305SP and MP C305SPF — the same machines also sold under the Savin and Lanier brands with the same model names.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our greens are turning blue and skin tones look cold — is the yellow cartridge really the cause?

Very often, yes. Yellow is the quiet partner in greens, warm grays and healthy-looking skin tones, so when it runs low those colors drift long before a page looks obviously wrong. If blues and purples still look right while greens go muddy, yellow is the first suspect.

Yellow looks barely used on our pages — why does it empty at all?

Almost every color image leans on yellow: warm paper tones, wood, food, faces and most greens are built partly from it. The MP C305SPF also uses small amounts of every color during routine calibration cycles. A cartridge rated at 4,000 pages assumes light 5% coverage, and real office color work usually draws more than that.

What does a yellow page actually cost us with this cartridge?

At $46.95 for a rated 4,000 pages, yellow works out to roughly 1.17 cents per page at standard coverage — honestly about three times the cost of a black page from the Ricoh black cartridge for this machine. Dense flyers and full-page photos will push that figure higher, so it pays to use color deliberately.

Will this cartridge work in our MP C305SPF?

Yes. This is the compatible yellow cartridge (part 841593) for the platform sold as Ricoh MP C305SPF, and it is the same cartridge across that whole compact color MFP family. The listing names the one model, but the cartridge is not limited to a single serial variation of it.

Can I swap only the yellow and leave the other colors in place?

Absolutely — each color is its own cartridge and they almost never run out together. Replace the empty one, run the machine's color calibration once, and the remaining cyan and magenta keep working. There is no need to refresh the whole set for a single low color.

What protection do we have if this cartridge disappoints?

This cartridge carries a one-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year after purchase — different terms than the short windows many toner sellers offer. Full details are on our shipping and returns page, and support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This Yellow Cartridge

This compatible yellow cartridge (841593) for the Ricoh MP C305SPF is rated at 4,000 pages and priced at $46.95, about 1.17 cents per page at standard coverage — a figure we state plainly rather than dressing it up. Yellow does invisible work in greens, warm tones and skin, so a fresh cartridge restores color balance across everything the machine prints. Orders ship from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA.
