Frequently Asked Questions
What does a six-cartridge set do for a small office that a single set cannot?
It removes toner from your monthly worry list. With six cartridges covering the machine's working slots plus spares, the office rides through a full color cycle and into the next without an emergency purchase. For a shared MP C305SPF in a busy small office, that predictability is the real product.
How do the yields work across a set this size?
Ratings are per cartridge class: any black cartridge in the set is rated at 12,000 pages, and any cyan, magenta or yellow cartridge at 4,000 pages. The set holds six cartridges in total — confirm the exact color mix in the contents listed on this page so it matches how your office actually prints.
What does the six-piece set cost, and where is the value?
The set is $189.34. The value is less about any single cartridge and more about consolidating: one order, one delivery, and per-cartridge pricing that beats picking up singles one emergency at a time across the year.
Is this set made for our model?
Yes — the cartridges in this set are the compatible cartridges for the platform identified as Ricoh MP C305SPF, the Ricoh MP C305SPF family. The listing names one model; the cartridges themselves fit the full platform.
Does toner go stale if the spares sit in a cupboard for months?
Sealed cartridges keep well for extended storage at room temperature, away from heat and sunlight. The practical rule is simple: keep spares in their sealed packaging and install oldest first. A six-cartridge reserve bought for a genuinely busy machine will cycle through long before age matters.
What happens if a cartridge from the set fails halfway through the year?
Coverage follows each cartridge, not the order date alone: a one-year warranty and a full year of free returns stand behind every piece in the set. Full terms are on the shipping and returns page.
