Frequently Asked Questions
Who actually needs five cartridges at one time?
Offices that print color every day — proposals, handouts, signage, client packets — and cannot afford a mid-week stall waiting on a delivery. A five-cartridge set keeps a working reserve on the shelf, so a cartridge that empties on Monday morning is a two-minute swap, not a rush order.
How are the five cartridges divided among the colors?
The set contains five cartridges in total across black, cyan, magenta and yellow. Cartridge ratings follow the class, not the set: black cartridges are rated at 12,000 pages and color cartridges at 4,000 pages each. Check the set contents on this page for the exact mix before ordering if your usage leans heavily one way.
What is the set priced at, and is it cheaper than singles?
The set is $163.71 for the five cartridges. Buying the same coverage one cartridge at a time costs more and arrives in dribs and drabs; the set price is the economical route for any office that knows it will use the cartridges.
Will these cartridges work in our printer?
Yes. Every cartridge in this set is built for the platform this listing names as Ricoh MP C305SPF — the Ricoh MP C305SPF. One model appears in the title, but the cartridges serve the complete platform rather than one narrow variant.
How should we store the cartridges we do not install right away?
Keep them sealed in their bags, flat, at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Sealed toner cartridges store well for a long shelf period, so a reserve is safe as long as the packaging stays closed until install day. Rotate stock — install the oldest cartridge first.
What cover do we get on a multi-cartridge purchase?
Our one-year warranty applies cartridge by cartridge, and free returns last a full year from purchase — generous backing for a stock-up order. The terms are spelled out on our shipping and returns page, and real people answer support lines Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
