Frequently Asked Questions
Is an eight-cartridge set overkill, or does someone genuinely print this much?
It is a real size for real workloads: multi-user departments, schools and practices running a compact color machine far beyond its "occasional color" brief. If your MP C305SPF chews through a color cycle every couple of months, eight cartridges is roughly an annual supply bought in one decision instead of six separate ones.
How should we think about total pages from a set of eight?
Think in cartridge classes, not a single blended number: black cartridges are rated at 12,000 pages and each color cartridge at 4,000 pages. The set totals eight cartridges across black, cyan, magenta and yellow — check the contents list on this page for the exact split, then map it against your own black-to-color ratio.
What does the biggest set cost?
The eight-cartridge set is $249.14. Spread across the year's printing, that is the lowest-friction way to keep this machine fed — one purchase order, one delivery, and no mid-year scramble when a color dies the day before a deadline.
Do all eight cartridges fit our printer?
They do. Each cartridge in the set is the compatible unit for the platform this listing calls Ricoh MP C305SPF — the Ricoh MP C305SPF. The title highlights one model, but the cartridges cover the entire platform.
Any storage advice when this many cartridges land at once?
Store them sealed, flat and at room temperature, and work through them oldest-first. Because color cartridges are rated at 4,000 pages against black's 12,000, colors will cycle faster — a quick note on the cupboard door with install dates keeps rotation honest.
What warranty stands behind a purchase this large?
Every cartridge carries our one-year warranty, and free returns run for a full year — the backing applies per cartridge, so a late-year failure is still handled fairly. Full details sit on the shipping and returns page, and support is staffed Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
