Frequently Asked Questions
When does replacing all four cartridges at once actually make sense?
Three moments justify a full swap: setting up a newly acquired machine, recovering from months of faded, unbalanced output, or clearing a shared office printer before a heavy season. Swapping all four together resets every color to a known baseline, so calibration behaves and troubleshooting later is far simpler.
What exactly is in this set, and what does each cartridge yield?
The set holds one cartridge of each color: black rated at 12,000 pages, plus cyan, magenta and yellow rated at 4,000 pages each. Black carries the everyday document load, while the three colors support graphics and color documents — which is why their ratings are smaller.
How much does the set save versus buying the four singles?
Bought separately, the four cartridges total $189.28; this set is $133.81, a saving of $55.47. You also get one shipment and one reorder point instead of four separate purchases drifting apart over the year.
Does this set fit our printer?
Yes — every cartridge in the set is the compatible cartridge for the platform listed as Ricoh MP C305SPF, the Ricoh MP C305SPF family. The listing calls out one model by name, but these four cartridges serve the entire platform, not a single variant.
The colors will run out long before the black — is that a problem?
No, it is the normal pattern on this machine: 4,000-page colors against a 12,000-page black. When a color empties, replace just that one; the black and remaining colors keep working. The set is a starting baseline, not a promise that all four finish together.
How are warranty and returns handled for a four-cartridge set?
Each cartridge in the set is covered individually by our one-year warranty, and free returns run for a full year — if one cartridge underperforms, you are not forced to send back all four. The full policy lives on the shipping and returns page.
