Also fits: this cartridge fits the Ricoh Aficio MP C305SP and MP C305SPF — the same machines also sold under the Savin and Lanier brands with the same model names.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the early signs that magenta is getting low?

Watch your reds and skin tones. As magenta fades, reds drift orange, logos lose their punch, and photos start looking washed out or oddly green. The printer's low-toner message usually appears around the same time, and that is the right moment to order — print quality declines gradually from there.

How many pages should I realistically expect from this cartridge?

The rating is up to 4,000 pages at 5% coverage. Magenta does heavy lifting in photos, presentations, and marketing pieces, so if your color work is image-rich, expect fewer pages than the rating; if color is occasional — a logo here, a chart there — you may go many months on one cartridge.

What is the per-page cost, without the marketing gloss?

It is about 1.17 cents per page: $46.97 divided by the 4,000-page rating. That is roughly three times the per-page cost of the black cartridge for this machine, and it is the honest trade-off of color output on a compact platform like this one. Full-bleed or photo-heavy pages will push the real figure higher.

Does this cartridge fit my machine?

This magenta cartridge is the 841592, made for the Ricoh MP C305SPF platform. Although this listing names one model, the cartridge is common to the entire MP C305SPF family — every machine on that platform uses this same magenta.

What if I open the box and find a leak or damage?

Do not install it — contact us instead. The cartridge is warranted for a year, and returns cost you nothing during that year, so a damaged or faulty unit will be replaced or refunded. The same coverage applies if print defects show up after installation.

Should I keep a spare magenta on hand?

If color output matters to your work — proposals, client handouts, marketing material — yes. Magenta fading rarely announces itself until a deadline is close, and a sealed spare on the shelf turns a potential scramble into a two-minute swap. Orders ship from our IL, PA, GA, and CA warehouses if you would rather order as needed.

About This Ricoh 841592 Magenta Toner Cartridge

This compatible magenta toner cartridge replaces the Ricoh 841592 for the Ricoh MP C305SPF, yielding up to 4,000 pages at $46.97 — about 1.17 cents per page, stated plainly because color on this platform is the pricier side of the machine. It installs independently of the other cartridges, so you replace magenta only when magenta is done. A one-year warranty and free returns for a full year apply, per our shipping and returns policy, and support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.
