Also fits: this black cartridge fits the Ricoh Aficio MP C305SP and MP C305SPF — the same machines also sold under the Savin and Lanier brands with the same model names. Ricoh also lists this platform's black cartridge under part number 842119 (12,000 pages).

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will 12,000 pages actually last in a small office?

It depends on your monthly volume. At roughly 500 black pages a month, this cartridge can run close to two years; at 1,500 pages a month, expect about eight months. The 12,000-page rating is measured at 5% page coverage, so dense reports and heavy graphics will use toner faster than plain text memos.

What does a black page cost with this cartridge?

At $48.39 for up to 12,000 pages, the math works out to about 0.40 cents per page at standard coverage. That figure climbs if your pages carry heavy coverage, but for everyday documents, invoices, and correspondence it is a genuinely low running cost for this machine.

Can I keep printing for a while after the low-toner warning appears?

Usually yes — the first warning is an early heads-up, not an empty cartridge, and most offices get days or even a couple of weeks of light printing after it shows. Print quality will start to fade before the cartridge truly stops, so it is smart to order your replacement as soon as the warning appears rather than waiting for blank pages.

Which printers does this cartridge work in?

This black cartridge is made for the Ricoh MP C305SPF platform. This listing names that model, but the same cartridge serves the whole MP C305SPF family, so if your machine is part of that platform, this is the correct black. If you are unsure, check the cartridge code 841621 against the label inside your printer's toner door.

What if the cartridge arrives damaged or prints badly?

Every cartridge we sell is covered by a one-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year if something is wrong. If you see leaks, streaks, or error messages tied to the cartridge, contact us and we will replace it or refund you — your choice.

How fast will my order get here?

We ship from four warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and California, so most orders arrive within a few business days depending on your location. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central, if you need help tracking a shipment or choosing the right cartridge.
