Also fits: this black cartridge fits the Ricoh Aficio MP C305SP and MP C305SPF — the same machines also sold under the Savin and Lanier brands with the same model names. Ricoh also lists this platform's black cartridge under part number 842119 (12,000 pages).

Frequently Asked Questions

How much printing does a five-pack actually cover?

Five cartridges at up to 12,000 pages each give you as much as 60,000 black pages. For an office printing 2,000 pages a month, that is around two and a half years of toner from a single order — about as close to "never think about toner again" as this printer gets.

What is the real price advantage at this quantity?

At $168.00, each cartridge costs $33.60 — the lowest per-unit price we offer for this cartridge. Five singles would total $241.95, so the five-pack saves you $73.95 and brings the cost per page down to roughly 0.28 cents.

Is there a risk in stocking this many cartridges at once?

The main thing to manage is storage: keep the boxes sealed, flat, and away from heat and sunlight, and rotate stock so the oldest cartridge goes in first. The cartridges themselves hold up well on the shelf, and each one is individually packaged, so a five-pack stores neatly in a supply cabinet.

Will these cartridges work in our printer?

Yes, provided your machine is on the Ricoh MP C305SPF platform. The cartridges in this pack are the 841621 black, and while this listing names one model, that same cartridge runs across the entire MP C305SPF family.

What if a cartridge fails six months from now?

Still covered. The warranty lasts a full year from purchase and returns are free throughout that year, so even a cartridge you open months later is protected. If it streaks, leaks, or underperforms, contact us for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer any help for offices ordering in volume?

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central, and we ship from four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and California — which keeps transit times short across the country. If you run several MP C305SPF machines, we can help you plan quantities so no location runs dry.
