Also fits: this black cartridge fits the Ricoh Aficio MP C305SP and MP C305SPF — the same machines also sold under the Savin and Lanier brands with the same model names. Ricoh also lists this platform's black cartridge under part number 842119 (12,000 pages).

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is a three-pack of black toner really for?

It suits offices that print steadily all year and would rather place one order than three. With up to 36,000 pages total, a three-pack can cover a small team for a year or more, and it removes the recurring chore of checking toner levels and reordering every few months.

What does the per-cartridge price drop to in this pack?

The three-pack is $108.19, which is $36.06 per cartridge — $12.33 less per cartridge than the $48.39 single. Compared with buying three singles at $145.17, you keep $36.98, and your cost per page falls to about 0.30 cents.

Will the third cartridge still be good by the time I open it?

Yes, as long as it stays sealed. Toner is a dry powder and does not dry out like ink; stored flat in a cool, dry cabinet away from sunlight, a cartridge remains usable for a long shelf period. Most offices work through three cartridges well within that window.

Is this the right cartridge for my machine?

These are 841621 black cartridges built for the Ricoh MP C305SPF platform. This page names that model, but the cartridge is shared across the full MP C305SPF platform, so any machine in that family uses this same black — no separate part numbers per model.

What protection do I get on a bulk purchase like this?

All three cartridges are backed for 12 months from purchase, and if any one of them fails or arrives damaged, returns are on us for a full year. You are not stuck with a bad unit just because it was part of a multi-pack — each cartridge is covered individually.

Can I split the pack between two offices or departments?

Plenty of customers do exactly that. Each cartridge is individually boxed and sealed, so you can keep one at each location running an MP C305SPF and still enjoy the bulk price. If you need a hand with the order, our team answers Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.
