Also fits: this black cartridge fits the Ricoh Aficio MP C305SP and MP C305SPF — the same machines also sold under the Savin and Lanier brands with the same model names. Ricoh also lists this platform's black cartridge under part number 842119 (12,000 pages).

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does a two-pack make sense if the printer only holds one black cartridge?

The second cartridge is your shelf spare. On a compact MFP like the MP C305SPF, running dry mid-job usually means the whole office waits on a delivery, so having the next cartridge in the supply cabinet removes that downtime entirely. Sealed cartridges store well, so there is no downside to buying the spare ahead.

How much do I save versus buying two singles?

Two single cartridges would cost $96.78; this two-pack is $78.29, so you save $18.49. That brings the per-cartridge price down to $39.15 and the cost per page to roughly 0.33 cents across the combined 24,000-page yield.

How many pages do I get from the pair in total?

Each cartridge is rated at up to 12,000 pages, so the two-pack covers up to 24,000 black pages before you need to order again. For an office printing around 1,000 black pages a month, that is roughly two years of supply in one box.

Does this two-pack fit my printer?

Both cartridges in this pack are the 841621 black made for the Ricoh MP C305SPF platform. The listing calls out that model, but the cartridge fits the entire MP C305SPF family — any machine on that platform takes this same black cartridge.

If one of the two cartridges is defective, what happens?

You are covered for a full year: our warranty runs 12 months and returns stay free for the same period. A faulty cartridge — even the spare you open months later — can be replaced or refunded; just reach out and we will sort it out.

How should I store the spare cartridge?

Keep it sealed in its box, flat, at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Stored that way, a toner cartridge stays in good condition well beyond the time it will take a typical office to work through the first one.
