Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually goes through three black cartridges on a printer this size?

Small teams that print steadily but not heavily — a front desk, a small clinic office, a real-estate branch. Three cartridges give you up to 6,900 pages of black output in the cupboard. The honest caveat: these are 2,300-page cartridges, so a genuinely busy office will burn through all three faster than it expects; this pack suits predictable, moderate volume, not a print room.

What do I save by taking three instead of one at a time?

Singles cost $64.78, so three bought separately come to $194.34. This pack is $157.34 — $52.45 per cartridge and $37.00 saved overall, bringing black down to roughly 2.28 cents per page. The saving does not turn this compact platform into a low-cost-per-page machine, but it is the sensible way to buy for it if you know you will use the volume.

Will these fit the printer we have?

Yes — these are the standard 407539 black cartridges for the Ricoh SP C250DN and SP C252DN family. The listing highlights the SP C250DN, yet the cartridge is common to the entire platform, the SP C252DN included.

Any trick to managing three cartridges in rotation?

Use them in the order you received them and store the waiting ones sealed, flat, and out of sunlight. Toner does not spoil quickly, so there is no rush — but keeping the boxes together in one drawer means whoever changes the cartridge can find the next one without a search. Mark the install date on the box if several people share the printer.

Can I return part of the pack if our printer dies?

Returns are free within a year of purchase and the cartridges carry a one-year warranty; the details live on our shipping and returns page. Talk to us before sending anything back and we will sort out the unused cartridges with you — support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.

Where does my order ship from?

From the closest of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, or California — which keeps transit times short for most of the country. A three-pack is a single parcel, so your whole black supply for the coming months arrives together.
