Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of operation actually needs 120,000 pages of toner at once?

Multi-machine offices and central print points. If several SP 401SPF units share one supply cabinet, or one machine runs statements, mailings or records all day, ten cartridges is a planned annual stock rather than a panic purchase — one order, one invoice, and no mid-quarter scramble when a department runs dry.

How low does the unit price go at this quantity?

$760.99 for ten cartridges is $76.10 each — the lowest per-cartridge price in this family — and $166.41 less than buying ten singles at $92.74. Across 120,000 rated pages, toner cost lands at about 0.63 cents per page, the best per-page figure this cartridge offers.

Are all ten cartridges the same, and which machine takes them?

Yes, all ten are identical black cartridges for the Ricoh Aficio SP 401SPF. There is no master or starter unit in the box; any cartridge fits any of these machines, in any order, so fleet stock stays simple.

How should a stock of ten be stored and rotated?

Seal intact, boxes flat, in a cool dry cabinet away from sunlight and heat. Write the arrival date on each box and always pull the oldest first. Toner keeps well stored this way, and rotation guarantees no cartridge sits forgotten at the back past its best period.

What if a cartridge from the middle of the pack turns out faulty months from now?

Each one is individually covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns — the details are in our shipping and returns policy. Contact us about the single faulty cartridge; you do not return the pack, and the rest of your stock is unaffected.

Can we get help timing the next order for a fleet?

Yes — support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders ship from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA. Tell us how many machines you run and your rough monthly volume, and we will help you set a reorder point that keeps the cabinet stocked without over-ordering.
